IDEX was formed in March 2006 and though initially known as GI Resource Management Ltd we changed to the name IDEX in February 2009 due to expansion within the business; our proposition grew to include Financial Services and Legal, so the GI (General Insurance) brand was no longer applicable.

The name IDEX was chosen to reflect the Independent, Dedicated EXpertise we offer our marketplace.

IDEX are a team of ethical consultants who previously worked within the Insurance & Financial Services sectors and then established a business providing recruitment solutions to their respective industries.

The team has over 50 years of combined recruitment experience within Insurance, Claims/Legal and Financial Services industries.
