The role will play a key part in the development of the offices. Supporting their Financial Advisers based in Amersham, you will be confident liaising with clients and other third parties as well as report writing and carrying out research. 

Our Client is looking for an individual experienced within the financial services; preferably as a Paraplanner who holds at least the Certificate of Financial planning (or equivalent). In addition, organisation and attention to detail are desirable skills along side someone who is able to work within a team.

My client is a very high quality, fee based financial planning practice who provide advice financial planning to a range of wealthy clients.

The team is looking for an experienced Technical Pensions Paraplanner and support to the MD who is a very high producing Adviser, his clients are all very wealthy and operate on a fee based basis.

You will be responsible for compiling technical reports, pension switches and produce reports for the top end clients, you will be supported by an experienced administration team.

The practice is RDR ready with many of the Financial Planners at QCF Level 4 and above.

You will be a well qualified, ideally DipPFS or near and be very technically able across pensions in particular, a methodical thinker you will have excellent report writing experience with a strong academic background.

An excellent basic package up to £36,000 including a range of benefits is available along with the opportunity to move into a Consulting role.

A Milton Keynes based insurance intermediary is seeking a Performance Manager to analyse and challenge the performance of their Motor Account and contribute to strategy plans.

The Insurance Scheme Performance Manager will be required to analyse the performance of the sales figures, scheme performance and dealer penetrations, including the understanding, producing and reporting of MI. The role will also involve interaction with insurance partners to enable a greater understanding of premium flows including reserving policies for the different risk types. The overall aim is to utilise the information to influence the rating activity, ensure pricing actions are implemented where required and contribute to the development of the annual retail plan.

In order to be considered for this role applicants must have experience in the general insurance industry with knowledge of GI pricing and technical underwriting models as well as reserving structures. This role would a suit highly numerate and analytical individual with strong management and influencing skills.
